The firm represents a combination of specialized skills, which are geared to offers sound financial solutions and services. Since its inception in year 2001, the firm’s status was proprietorship. The firm changed its status from Proprietorship to Partnership by introducing a partner CA in December, 2017.

Mr. Sanjay Maheshwari is a qualified Chartered Accountant and enrolled himself as an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1998 and after 5 years of his successful practice in the fields of Accounting, Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Management & Financial Consultancy, Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation, Approvals from government agencies, Services relating Software implementation, he has enrolled himself as a Fellow member of the ICAI in 2003.

He has also done Certificate of International Taxation, a post qualification certificate course of ICAI in year 2010. He has attended GST certification course of ICAI in year 2021.

His ability to understand the business environment has enabled him to specialise in conducting statutory audits of companies. He has in-depth knowledge of business relating to software industry, Engineering Consulting, Trading, Manufacturing, Banking etc.

Mrs. Priyanka Sodhani is a qualified Chartered Accountant and enrolled herself as an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2012,successfully worked in the fields of Accounting, Internal Audits, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Approvals from government agencies. After getting COP in 2014, she has started as a practising Chartered Accountant. She has enrolled herself as a Fellow member of the ICAI in 2019.

She joined Sanjay Saraswati & Co. as Manager (Audit, Accounts & Taxation) in 2014. In December 2017, she has become the Partner in the firm.
